  • To facilitate account creation and authentication for Dealsby Appointments accounts
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, staff scheduling, and customer management
  • To send transactional communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and custom notifications via SMS (Twilio) and email (SendGrid)
  • To respond to user inquiries and offer support
  • To send administrative information about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies
  • To fulfill and manage subscription payments, plan upgrades, and SMS/email credit purchases
  • To protect our Services including fraud monitoring and prevention
  • To identify usage trends so we can improve how our Services work
  • Staff data: Information provided by business account owners about their staff members is processed to enable role-based access control and scheduling features. Business account owners are responsible for informing staff members that their data will be processed through the platform
  • Client data: Business users enter client information to facilitate appointment booking and communications. This client data belongs to the business subscriber. Virely LLC processes this data as a data processor on behalf of the business

3Legal Bases for Processing

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.

4When and With Whom Do We Share Information?

We have contracts with our third-party service providers designed to safeguard your personal information. We share information with:

  • Supabase Inc. (supabase.com/privacy) โ€” Primary database and backend infrastructure. User data is stored and processed in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL environment.
  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform โ€” Authentication and supplementary cloud services.
  • Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com/privacy) โ€” All payment processing. We receive payment status webhooks from Stripe to update your subscription record.
  • Twilio Inc. (twilio.com/legal/privacy) โ€” SMS messaging. We receive delivery status and opt-out data from Twilio.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) โ€” Email delivery. We receive delivery and open status from SendGrid.
  • Vercel Inc. โ€” Web application deployment and hosting.
  • Cloudflare R2 โ€” Encrypted backup storage for platform data.

We may also share your information in these situations:

  • Business Transfers. In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  • Firebase Authentication with secure session token management

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) limiting access to data on a need-to-know basis
  • Secrets management via Bitwarden โ€” API keys are never stored in code or shared in plain text
  • Encrypted backups stored in Cloudflare R2

No electronic transmission or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Access the Services only within a secure environment.

10Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data security incident compromising the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal information, we will:

  • Investigate the incident promptly upon discovery
  • Notify affected users in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, as required by Georgia law (O.C.G.A. ยง 10-1-910 et seq.) and other applicable state breach notification laws

Our Services use automated systems to perform certain functions that may affect your account:

  • Fraud detection and prevention. Automated analysis of usage patterns to identify fake accounts, fraudulent activity, and abuse of our platform. Accounts flagged by automated systems may be suspended pending human review.
  • Communication delivery optimization. Automated systems determine timing and retry logic for SMS and email notifications.

14Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. No uniform technology standard for DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Dealsby Appointments processes data about two additional categories of individuals beyond the account holder:

  • Staff members: Business account owners may add staff members to their Dealsby Appointments account. Staff names, email addresses, role assignments, and working schedules will be stored and processed to enable scheduling and access control features. Business owners are responsible for ensuring that staff members have been informed of this data processing.
  • Clients and customers: Business users enter client information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment history, and notes) to facilitate appointment booking and communications. This client data belongs to the business subscriber. Virely LLC processes this data as a data processor on behalf of the business. The business is responsible for ensuring it has lawful basis to provide client data to the platform and that clients have consented to receive appointment-related communications.
